David began working in the wireless industry in 1987 and formed DMM Management in 1993 to provide project management services to the wireless telecommunications industry. At that time, David began a small partnership with Bell Atlantic Mobile (which eventually became Alltel) in the Southwest Region, developing cellular communications sites. His experience in construction management within the wireless sector was quickly recognized as a valuable resource, and Bell Atlantic eventually engaged DMM Management to provide construction management services and project management services for site development. From the beginning of that small partnership, DMM has grown into a full-service company assisting all wireless service providers across the US.
